Warminster, UK: Logishipper is a thermal packaging solution aimed at pharmaceutical companies that performs up to twice as long as standard passive solutions, says Polar Thermal Packaging.
Logishipper means that temperature-sensitive products will last longer without being compromised at tenth of the size and weight of conventional battery powered chilled systems for transits at 2˚to 8˚C. A 15˚ to 25˚C five-day shipper is also available.
“It is the only solution that will eliminate temperature deviations and revolutionise the supply chain. They do not require an envirotainer or temperature controlled vehicle,” the company says.
It is available in two systems for 600-1200 doses weighing 55kg or a 2400 dose system at 145kg. It is tested for re-use 100 times.
