Chesterfield, UK: Abel Demountable Systems has been bought by Wheelbase Holdings in a trade sale. Abel designs and makes truck body demount equipment, drawbar trailers and bodywork. Castle Square Corporate Finance managed the sale by auction.
Castle Square identified potential buyers and ran an auction process from which North West-based Wheelbase emerged as the preferred bidder.
