Coventry, UK: Catering butcher Aubery Allen has five Mercedes Sprinter refrigerated vehicles supplied by Fraikin.
Aubrey Allen delivers to hotels and restaurants in the UK and places a premium on vehicle reliability. The butcher, which describes itself as an ‘extension of its customers’ fridge, makes over 200 deliveries a day six days a week.

Wayne Holmes, operations manager, Aubrey Allen says: “Historically all our vehicles, apart from two which we own, have been sourced from a single provider, however after speaking with Fraikin we decided to move half the fleet such was the confidence we had in their operation.
The contract, which is for 42 months, is for five Mercedes Sprinter refrigerated vehicles and includes full maintenance with an additional vehicle and driver to cover service peaks. Fraikin will also manage all compliance issues.
Each vehicle is maintained on a proactive basis based on mileage used. Fraikin will log the mileage monthly in order to gauge usage and regulate servicing. Fraikin is also providing breakdown cover with replacement vehicles to maintain continuity of service.
