Oxford, UK: There market for commercial vehicles is recovering, especially in the food sector, says David Potter managing director of Axis Fleet Management.

The truck, trailer, and containers leasing company is taking delivery of its first order to be placed for refrigerated trailers this year with 30 trailers from Montracon.
The single compartment trailers are additions to the trailer hire operation. The trailers have Carrier 1550 fridge units and are entering service with two third party logistics suppliers.
“In the last few months, Axis Fleet Management has seen a steady rise in enquiries from major fleets who now appear to be setting their sights on better times beyond the Olympics,” Potter says.
