Slat Lake City, UT, US; C R England is the 2012 Walmart Temperature Controlled Platinum Carrier of the Year. The distinction honours carriers who provide logistics support to the retailer’s stores, Sam’s Club locations and distribution facilities.

“We are fortunate to hold strong partnerships with many exceptional carriers at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and a great number of considerations were made when determining the winner of this prestigious award,” said Ken Braunbach , senior director of Transportation, Walmart in a commendation letter.
“In the end, C R England ‘s dedication to customer service, operational excellence, and ability to offer creative supply chain solutions were all factors that set C R England apart from its peers.”
The Walmart Carrier of the Year award is based on key performance indicators in regards to the ability to provide exceptional customer service and distinguished transportation performance. Walmart Transportation has recognised eleven trucking and transportation partners as Carriers of the Year recipients. C R England previously received the 2011 Walmart Grocery Carrier of the Year.
“C R England ‘s excellent support in strategic refrigerated markets and high level of performance merited this award,” added Braunbach in the commendation letter. “We are appreciative of the engagement that occurs at all levels of C R England .
