Carrier Transicold Europe is enhancing the level of support available to customers with the launch of a new app for iPhone and Android smart phones
The app enables users to locate and contact the nearest service centre in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, to help maintain cold chain protection for emperature-sensitive products.
The application brings modern telecommunications technology to Carrier Transicold’s after-sales service offering, providing access to a map showing the nearest service partner, directions and opening hours.
To download the app:
