Milton Keynes, UK: Dawsonrentals has acquired another 100 MAN, TGM rigid trucks for its growing refrigerated and ambient vehicle fleet.
The Milton Keynes-based rental firm had already taken on 150 rigid MANs in the past 12 months, on top of 250 MAN tractor units taken on over the year. MAN vehicles now account for one fifth of the Dawson fleet.
Dawsonrentals managing director, Steve Miller, says: “Rental is a competitive business and it’s all about having the right mix of products to be able to respond to customers needs. We have some 9,000 trucks and trailers in our road transport portfolio, and that gives us unparalleled flexibility.”
Dawsonrentals’ fleet includes single and dual compartment refrigerated trailers with Carrier and Thermoking fridges. It also rents double-deck trailers with Carrier Vector 1800 fridges.
