Bucharest, Romania: Kandia Dulce, one of Romania’s leading confectionary companies, has awarded DB Schenker a contract for their warehousing and transportation activities in the country.
The contract award was based on a proposed solution with a distribution centre in Bucharest. Experience in warehousing and distribution was of vital importance when making the decision the company said.
The consumer fulfilment solution allows the temperature controlled storage and a distribution of goods with a guaranteed delivery to around 850 addresses in Romania within 24 hours. The business covers operational services like picking and packing of goods.
