Liverpool, UK: Bibby Distribution has appointed Richard Morson as finance director.

The newly created role, reporting to chief executive Paul Kavanagh, has been created to tie in with the company’s growth strategy and strengthen its senior management capability.
Morson was previously finance director and group financialcController with Norbert Dentressangle and TDG respectively.
“Richard is an advocate of the importance of finance as a value added service to the business through active business partnering,” said Paul Cullingford, chief financial officer, Bibby Distribution.
“He also has significant experience of change projects and new project implementations both internally and with large blue chip customers. He will be a strong addition to the team.”
