Bournemouth, UK: Specialist food importer and exporter, Oakleaf European, specified Paneltex refrigerated bodywork for the first time on its new MAN 12-tonne rigid.
The MAN has a Paneltex 5.8m, ATP certified, single compartment refrigerated body with a Carrier Supra 550 diesel over-cab refrigeration system to provide +5° C. The new vehicle joins a 10-strong refrigerated truck fleet.
Patrick Mulhall from Oakleaf European, says: “We chose Paneltex because of their reputation for high standards of workmanship as well as their ability to supply the bodywork to ATP specification, which is now standard across all our fleet.”
The MAN is now distributing the company’s product range in the UK, and is also acting as a backup vehicle for delivery routes between Paris and Bournemouth.
Oakleaf importer and exporter fresh fruit and vegetables, poultry, offal and specialist meat, dairy produce and fine foods serving restaurants, wholesalers and retailers.
