Weinheim, Germany: European temperature-controlled operator Trans-o-flex ThermoMed has extended its international network into France.
The move comes via a partnership with French pharmaceutical company Eurotranspharma. The new service will begin on 1 June. From that date, customers can have their products collected and delivered throughout France “within the continuous temperature range of 2 and 8 degrees Celsius”.
Carsten Glos, managing director of Trans-o-flex ThermoMed, says: “Since active temperature-controlled transport has been established as the standard transport choice for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products in Germany, the demand for international transport solutions for this class of goods has also risen due to the international interdependence of the industry.”
Over recent years, the company expanded its network across Europe, in particular Austria and the Benelux countries.
