Nottingham: Speakers at the Food Supply Chain Excellence Annual Conference, include Susanna May from Defra, Dave Howorth of General Mills, and Catherine Weetman of DHL Supply Chain.
The conference, titled, Food Supply Chain Excellence – Opportunities and Challenges, will focus on the current economic climate and the opportunities and challenges this represents to the food industry as domestic demand increases and the country grows its export volumes.
It will be run in collaboration with the British Frozen Food Federation and includes presentations on Health and SafetyRegulations relating to the design and operation of ammonia refrigeration plant.
The conference takes place at Eastwood Hall Nottingham from 30 September to 1 October.
