Keswick Enterprises takes stake in consultancy

Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, UK: Keswick Enterprises Group has taken a 50% stake in Graphene Partners of Poland.

Graphene was set up in 2009 by Adam Chazanow in Warsaw, and focuses on providing supply chain advisory services, including logistics contract negotiation, project management and mergers & acquisitions support.  Chazanow remains as managing partner and is joined by John Harvey, chairman of the Keswick Enterprises Group, also as managing partner.

Harvey says: “IWe plan to bring a new perspective to their business – helping to extend their customer base throughout Europe and beyond, while maintaining the practice’s specialist focus on supply chain advisory support.”
