Krone appoints new head of service

Werlte, Germany:  Ralf Faust is to manage the customer services departments at the Krone vehicle plant.

He is responsible for all the value-added chains in the service sector, such as the full service, spare parts, deliveries as well as the complete telematics programme including individual adaptations for customers.

Faust was previously with Euro-Leasing, a subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus AG, where he worked for 14 years.

Gero Schulze Isfort, managing director for sales and marketing at Krone says: “Krone is known to be fully focused as a flexible full-service provider of the so-called ‘value-added-services’.”
