Dubai, UAE: Giolog, a developer and investor for logistics and industrial facilities, has been awarded a contract to design and build Kuehne+Nagel’s new 13,935 square metre pharmaceutical warehouse in Dubai Logistics City.
The warehouse, which needs to meet both Ministry of Health and World Health Organisation approval, is a complete design and build turn-key contract for Giolog.
The warehouse will cost around $9.5 million and is expected to take about 15 months to complete, with handover to Kuehne+Nagel expected in July 2012.
