Columbia, SC, US: Millard Refrigerated Services is to build a new cold storage and distribution site in Charleston County. The $42m plant will freeze and store poultry, pork and beef products that will be exported to foreign markets.
Lance Larsen, president and chief executive, Millard Refrigerated Services, says: “The facility will give us access to the world-class port in Charleston and provide an efficient hub for our customers along the East Coast and throughout the Southeast.
