Alfreton, UK: Chilled food and drink logistics firm NFT has appointed Sean Connolly as business development manager.
Connolly is tasked with developing NFT’s business, beginning with the North West. He will be based at NFT’s new Middleton depot, opening in October, which replaces and expands the capacities of NFT’s existing Whitefield depot.
Connolly joins NFT from TDG Logistics where he was business development manager for five years. Previously, Sean worked for Target Express, Lynx Express and The Royal Mail Group.

“The food distribution industry is relatively new to me and I welcome the opportunity to gain knowledge of a whole new sector within supply chain,” says Connolly. “My initial focus is solely on developing business in the North West and Middleton area so it is an exciting chance to make a real impact.’
