NFT Distribution is to lease a new 8,547 square metre warehouse in Middleton, Greater Manchester for ten years as it expands its operation following a number of new contract wins, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The food and drinks distributor has agreed 10-year lease for an undisclosed rent.
The unit is situated on a self-contained site extending to 5.5-hectares with extensive loading bay, trailer parking and car parking facilities. The unit is located close to the A627 and is approximately one mile from the M62 motorway; neighbouring occupiers including food retailer Aldi UK, wholesale and online retailer Booker and logistics firm Wincanton.
Steve Brittle, associate director in the Manchester industrial agency team at BNP Paribas Real Estate, who acted on behalf of the site owner, CCLA, said: “NFT’s relocation was driven by the need to expand its food distribution facility as a result of securing a number of new contracts. Both the size and location of Unit 66 Stakehill matched their requirements and the move will enable them to continue to provide a market leading service.”

NFT was located at Park Seventeen on Moss Lane in Whitefield, Bury, Greater Manchester.
