Welwyn Garden City, UK: Ratcliff Palfinger will supply Ross and Bonnyman tail lift spare parts and meet existing Ross and Bonnyman commercial vehicle tail lift warranty obligations.
The move follows Ross and Bonnyman decision last year to stop making commercial vehicle tail lifts.
R&B will continue to supply, direct to their customers, spare parts for ambulance lifts and other retained products.
Paul Addis, managing director of Ratcliff Palfinger said: “We wish to assure all R&B tail lift users that via our 24-365 agent network we will continue to look after their needs both in the supply of genuine commercial parts and to undertake warranty work, as required, in order to maintain their lifts in first class working order.”
