Willenhall, UK: Asset Alliance has signed a contract hire deal with Midland Chilled Foods, confirming delivery of a further two 26-tonne Mercedes Benz Axor 2529L 6×2 sleeper chassis cab refrigerated vehicles in September 2012.
Ian Padley, head of contract hire and fleet management at Asset Alliance, revealed the contract hire deal in an interview for FoodBev.com.
Talking about chilled distribution trends in the drinks industry, Padley said that noise pollution and CO2 emissions would be subject to further legislation.
