Yaxley, Cambridgeshire, UK: Solstor has acquired 15 new tractors from Euroway to work on an existing distribution contract for a retailer. The new MAN TGX 400 6×2 trucks will be based at Solstor’s distribution hub at Yaxley, near Peterborough.
Each tractor unit is expected to cover 190,000km a year. Euroway supplied the vehicles on a four-year contract hire deal that includes its FleetSure fleet maintenance package.
Solstor operates 300 tractors and temperature controlled trailers. The first 10 tractor units of the order are in service with the rest due in service shortly.
