Amsterdam, The Netherlands: TIP Trailer Services has a new customer website. The redesigned site displays is available in English, French, German and Dutch and is “strongly customer-oriented throughout, with a wide range of big names in the transport industry sharing their experiences of TIP’s products and services” the company says.
“I am very pleased with the functionality and smart design of the site” said Bob Fast, chief executive, TIP Trailer Services. “Each page provides the essential information that site visitors are really looking for. Furthermore, I am particularly pleased with the excellent selection of videos available on the site, making it overall more dynamic. These include service videos, which give a comprehensive explanation of the full range of services on offer, as well as our customer videos where you hear customers’ direct experiences on how TIP’s solutions have impacted their business operations.
“I am also proud that we are leading the way forward in the transport industry with our new TIP Roadside app, which will certainly benefit our TIP Roadside Assistance customers. We are looking forward to developing further apps to provide our customers with even more value in the future.”
“You will also find a regularly featured “Deal of the week”, with a variety of deals ranging from rental and services to used asset deals,” he says.
Also on the site a the link to TIP’s new app, TIP Roadside. This is used by drivers to request breakdown assistance, using GPS to identify and to send their location to TIP’s roadside agents. It also provides drivers with the opportunity to enter additional details into the app such as trailer number, truck registration and company name, facilitating faster response by the TIP Roadside team.
The app also includes a case status checker. “Not only do drivers receive an ETA via text message, but they can now follow their case in real-time using the app. It also enables Planners to monitor the cases and later review the details and Fleet Managers can conveniently check the case details anywhere, anytime to see the performance of their fleet,” says TIP.
