Cambridge, UK: Marshall Fleet Solutions has launched Marshall Assist, a contract maintenance scheme to boost customer’s fleet uptime.
Mark Howell, managing director, Marshall Fleet Solutions, said: “Marshall Assist is a unique total service support programme that has been designed exclusively by MFS, specifically for our customers.
“With Marshall Assist contract maintenance plans, it is our aim to maximise the reliability and uptime of customer’s vehicles, so that their fleets are out on the road, earning revenue for their business at all times.”
Marshall Fleet Solutions is using the latest technology to ensure that its customers are provided with the best products, with the best service, and with the best aftermarket support at all times, the company says.
“Uniquely, Marshall Assis contract maintenance programmes are tailored to individual customer needs, allowing them to decide the level of support that is right for their fleet.” Howell says.
The programme covers transport refrigeration requirements and tail lifts and lifting deck equipment with three levels of support. These flexible plans provide fixed cost, service and maintenance packages. Customers can fix their service and maintenance costs over a specified term that suits their individual business operations, and fleet profile, including equipment, age and running hours.
“Transport and logistics are changing rapidly and no more so than here in the UK. That is why our Marshall Assis programme offers flexible duration, fixed cost budgeting and a reduction in fleet administration at its core.
“Customers tell us how long they want their cover to run, and all this is undertaken at a fixed monthly cost per vehicle, so that there are really no surprises when it comes to maintaining the fleet, whilst giving complete peace of mind for the duration of the agreed contract,” Howell said.
For those companies not ready to commit to a contract initially, MFS also provides the Paygo option, which allows them to manage all fleet maintenance requirements on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
