Chesterfield, UK: Rick Bestwick is to take the Magnavale name for its three business units in Chesterfield, Scunthorpe and Warrington.
The move follows Stuart Hancock’s sale of his stake in Magnavale to pursue new ventures. Hancock started Magnavale in 2013 with Rick Bestwick as its core business.
Magnavale has secured finance to expand the business. Andrew Lawrence, director, Magnavale, said: “We plan to expand two of our current sites, Chesterfield and Warrington, along with adding a new 96,000 pallet coldstore being built at a site in Easton.”
