Redditch, UK: Lexon UK, a pharmaceutical wholesaler, has replaced its 130 van fleet.
Coolfreeze won the contract to convert a mix of Ford Transit, Iveco Daily and Fiat Ducato vans over two years.
All were fitted with Hubbard’s SFZ008 and SFZ009 invisible fridge, the latter a multi-temperature fridge with dual evaporators to cool separate zones in the van.
The fridges, which are direct-drive on-road with electric stand-by, are installed under the vehicle body and invisible from outside, preserving the aesthetics, original height, and aerodynamics of the vehicle.
Lexon opted for Hubbard’s maintenance and service package for the fridges.
