London, UK: Constellation Cold Logistics has appointed Carlos Rodriguez as chief executive.
Constellation is part of fund manager Arcus Infrastructure Partners.
Jordan Cott, partner, Arcus said Rodriguez “has a proven track record in international cold chain projects, and a hands- on approach to multi-cultural buy-and-build strategies.”
“We have enormous respect for Carlos and see a significant opportunity for the Company to further strengthen its leading position in Europe, while making progress on integration and developing solutions for our customers across the region,” Cott said.
Rodriguez was previously chief executive of Agro Merchants Group and a board member of the IARW. Before that he was on the Americold executive team. He holds an MSc in Transport and Logistics from the School of Engineering & Technology Management, Liverpool JM University and served as merchant marine officer and navy officer.
