London, UK: More than 600,000 small businesses risk closure, new research says.
Web hosting company GoDaddy’s analysis of 2.3 million companies with fewer than 10 employees found 630,000 of them reported skyrocketing costs could put them out of business.
“The research also reveals the potentially disastrous consequences that the cost-of-living crisis could have on them,” said the head of GoDaddy UK and Ireland, Andrew Gradon.
“It is crucial that they are given adequate support to help negate the rising cost of doing business.”
