Reading, UK: Tower Cold Chain has appointed Karin van den Brekel as regional commercial manager in the EMEA region and Niall Walsh as business development manager for Ireland.
Van den Brekel is tasked with growing partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, airlines, and third-party logistics providers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She was previously director of business development at SkyCell and Karin will work alongside Tower’s existing regional operations manager EMEA, Marloes Wanrooij, to support new and existing customers in the region. Walsh will be responsible for delivering growth within Northern Ireland and for supporting existing customers in their temperature-sensitive shipments in the region. He has previously worked within the biopharma industry in Ireland.
