Maersk builds cold store in Rotterdam

Rotterdam, Netherlands: Maersk has started construction of a cold store in Rotterdam. The 40,000sq metre cold store will “improve Maersk’s cold chain service in northwest Europe by offering simpler and more integrated supply chain solutions from its logistics hub in Rotterdam”, said Michel Blonk, regional construction project manager for Europe.
