Warrington, UK: Iceland Foods, has completed a 20-year lease on a 505,000sq ft distribution centre in Warrington. The site is on the Omega West logistics park, the largest mixed-use development site in the North West covering around 2.5 million sq ft of logistics space.
Law firm Gordons advised Iceland Foods on its new lease. Commercial property partner, Sarah Ratcliffe, said: “Iceland is a long standing client and it’s great to support its continued growth by advising on this new regional distribution centre in Warrington.
“The company is one of the UK’s largest privately owned businesses. Its new facility will only strengthen this position and gives Iceland a distribution centre which will enable further growth and successes.”
