Dublin, Ohio, USA: FST Logistics has bought Dancer Logistics based in Delphos, Ohio.
The acquisition brings together two Ohio-based companies with a shared vision of delivering excellent service and partnerships to their customers, FST Logistics said.
The two companies together will have greater reach and as well as diversifying FST Logistics.

The acquisition provides FST access to Dancer Logistics’ skilled workforce and industry-specific knowledge, which can contribute to further innovation and growth in the evolving logistics industry, FST said.
