Cardiff, Wales: Amber, an energy consultancy, is recruiting a chief operating officer, a new post for the consultancy.
The company has nearly doubled its growth in the last four years and made further investments in AI and machine learning. This will be bolstered next year with the hire of a new chief operating officer to lead Amber’s 180 person.
Nick Proctor, founder and chief executive, Amber, said: “With an even greater need to reduce costs and carbon, we need to enable our team and customers to make even more impactful data driven decisions, and we believe the latest technological advancements will allow us to do that. Ultimately, this will provide greater assurance to our customers and allow them to further invest in their journey to Net Zero.
“That’s why we’re also excited to announce a new role of chief operating officer ahead of next year. As Amber continues to grow, we need a dynamic COO to oversee the day-to-day operations, optimise organisational processes and ensure seamless execution of projects and services. By driving continuous improvement, they’ll play a vital role in saving our customers time, money, and carbon.”
