Grimsby, UK: Andy Driscoll has been appointed chief financial officer at Constellation Cold Logistics .
In former posts he helped to establish and grow the Valeo Foods Group Snackfoods Division, where he had overall responsibility for finance, IT and supply chain functions. Previous positions include roles at Kettle Foods, Heinz and Nokia Siemens Networks in the Middle East and North Africa. He is an accountant and worked at Deloitte.
Sylvie Van Kerrebroek is moving to a new role as group finance director, reporting to Driscoll.
Carlos Rodriguez, chief executive, Constellation, Discolls experience in group finance roles and post-merger integration efforts “is exceptional and will be of huge value to us moving forward”.
