Blue Cube ups support with TNS 365

Stafford, UK: Blue Cube has boosted out-of-hours support with TNS 365.

Blue Cube supplies portable cold storage and blast chiller or freezer units with many clients operating around the clock, often across multiple UK sites.

During office hours, Blue Cube’s service desk handles incoming calls when technicians can ‘dial in’ to a unit’s telematics and remotely resolve issues.  For more complex challenges, in-house engineer team make site visits.

Outside of office hours, appointed out of hours specialist TNS 365 to provide service.
