Sanford, NC, US: Cloverleaf Cold Storage of Sioux City, Iowa, has concluded the acquisition of a freezer warehouse in Sanford, North Carolina. With this purchase, Cloverleaf now operates over 63 million cubic feet of refrigerated warehouse space in the Midwest and South Atlantic states.
This acquisition is part of Cloverleaf’s strategy of geographic saturation and it follows last year’s purchase of three other warehouses located in the region.
Cloverleaf Cold Storage is a family-owned and operated company with 15 public refrigerated
warehouses and three dry warehouses in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia, and the Carolinas. The company is among the ten largest public refrigerated warehouses in the United States according to the IARW, an industry trade group.
