Dunfermline, Scotland: Cluny Fish began its dealings with Gray & Adams in 1981 when it moved away from outsourcing logistics to an in-house arrangement. Then, it ordered several 7.5 tonners and last year added another Gray & Adams bodied tuck to its fleet.
Louie Patterson, owner of Cluny Fish, said: “Commitment to customer service, product safety, hygiene and quality always takes top priority. In the last 24 months, we have made a considerable investment in both the smokehouse and developing a new shellfish product offering. Working with Gray & Adams in providing refrigerated solutions helps us maintain these uncompromising service standards.”
Cluny Fish is a smokehouse in Buckie. The company set up in 1969 initally providing fish caught in the Moray Firth.
