Cold Chain Climate Summit and Sustainability Awards

Venue: The Slate, University of Warwick
The Cold Chain Climate Summit at the University of Warwick returns for 2025. Now in its third year, speakers and panellists will focus on three themes: emissions reduction, climate resilience and climate leadership. The Cold Chain Sustainability Awards are also back with new categories and a streamlined application process.
Parliamentary Reception
House of Commons, Westminster, London
The federation is back at the heart of government in 2025 to celebrate the people and businesses in the cold chain and to remind parliamentarians of the vital role federation members play in keeping food and medicines safe and available to the UK population.

Cold Chain Summer Party
Date: 17 July 2025
Venue: Celtic Manor Resort, Monmouthshire
The Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales, which hosted the 2010 Ryder Cup, is the venue for this federation social event that includes gold and other activities for non-golfing members.
Cold Chain Live!
Date: 15-16 October 2025
Venue: The International Centre, Telford
The federation’s annual conference, now in its 4th year attracts an audience of over 400, drawn from senior executives and business owners within the cold chain together with representatives from the companies that supply goods and services to them, it has been growing in stature since its inception. Now host to a growing exhibition, showcasing the latest in cold chain technologies for storage and transport.
