CubeCold, a leading European provider of cold storage and logistics solutions, has expanded its presence in the Italian market with the acquisition of SG, a well-established cold storage operator located in Northern Italy.
Strategic Expansion in Italy’s Industrial Heartland
The acquisition of SG marks a significant step in CubeCold’s strategy to deepen its footprint in Italy, a key logistics and production hub in Southern Europe. SG operates a high-quality cold storage facility with 10,000 pallet positions and notable expansion opportunities, servicing a diversified customer base across food retail.
