Market Drayton, UK: Thomas van Mourik, chief executive, Culina Group, for the past 30 years is to step down, reports Motor Transport.
Van Mourik will become group chairman from October, a part-time position. Ian Smith, the current chief executive of the chilled business unit, will take over from van Mourik. Steve Winwood will become chief executive of Culina’s chilled business.
in other board changes, deputy chief executive William Stobart will leave his role but continue with the company as a non-executive director and Glyn Davies, a non-executive director will retire.
