We’re excited to welcome Kerry Mullen to our team as our new Business Development Director, leading our sales team. With over 10 years’ experience in business development and commercial growth, she brings a strong track record of helping large industrial and commercial organisations navigate the energy transition.
During her 16-year career with EDF, she has held roles across pricing, forecasting, operations and sales, before moving into low-carbon hydrogen development, where she worked with major customers on their decarbonisation journeys.
Passionate about delivering practical, commercially viable sustainability solutions, Kerry joins us with a clear ambition: helping businesses reduce emissions, improve resilience and gain greater control of energy costs through onsite solar and battery storage.
Outside of work, she’s a Gloucestershire county badminton player, lifelong sports enthusiast, keen audiobook listener and talented baker. She’s also a proud mum of two young children who keep her on her toes.
Her blend of commercial expertise, customer focus and passion for decarbonisation makes her a fantastic addition to the team.
We’re pleased to welcome Rhodri Lewis to our Sales team as a Business Developer. Rhodri joined EDF power solutions through the graduate scheme, gaining experience in offshore wind and revenue optimisation before discovering his passion for commercial and industrial solar. Now on a permanent basis, he brings fresh perspectives and enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions.
Driven to make a difference, Rhodri is on a mission to provide powerful solar and battery solutions that help businesses cut emissions, achieve energy independence, and enhance resilience in a changing energy landscape. As an early-career professional, he’s thrilled to be part of an industry racing towards decarbonisation while addressing the commercial challenges faced by industrial and commercial enterprises.
Outside of work, Rhodri is a keen chef, avid surfer, and musician, often splitting his free time between experimenting in the kitchen, catching waves, and playing music with friends.
With his inquisitive outlook, drive to make a difference, and growing expertise in sustainable energy, Rhodri is a valuable addition to the team.
