Basingstoke, UK: Gist is using Road Tech Computer Systems’ tachograph analysis system Tachomaster for day to day operations.
Gist has integrated Tachomaster to support automatic downloading for digital tachograph data for drivers and vehicles. The system also provides standard analysis and infringement reporting,
The Tachomaster system removes paper from Gist transport offices, helps standardise its back office processes, provides central visibility and allows drivers to control their working hours on a handy app, the company says.
The new system is one of a number of initiatives that forms part of Gist’s digitisation programme. Dave Kirby, head of transport and service, Gist, says: “This new solution will further enhance our current tachograph management processes. We are delighted to be working with Road Tech, and this exciting partnership will provide a more modernised transport operation for Gist.”
