Dumfries, Scotland: Provisional liquidators have been appointed at Hayden Chilled, which handled chilled, frozen and ambient distribution and warehousing in the UK and Europe.
The company’s website states that Richard Oddy and Blair Milne of Azets were appointed “joint provisional liquidators” of Hayden Chilled Ltd on 11 March. The website also states that “the company has ceased to trade”.
It is understood that the company held a standard international operator licence for 29 HGVs and 40 trailers, operating from bases in Cleland, Annan and Motherwell, as well as an operating centre in Carlisle.
Hayden Chilled lodged an application for the company to be wound up in Dumfries Sheriff Court on 8 March.
