London, UK: The Competition and Markets Authority is investigating the completed acquisition by HSH Cold Stores Limited, part of Constellation Cold Logistics, of Associated Cold Stores & Transport Limited.
No dates have been set for any decision.
The Competition and Markets Authority served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Arcus European Investment Manager LLP, AEIF 2 GP S.àr.l, Arcus European Investment Manager Netherlands BV, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 2 SCSp, AEIF 2 Luxembourg Holdings S.àr.l, AEIF 2 LH Sub 03 S.àr.l, Constellation Cold Logistics S.àr.l, Constellation Cold Logistics United Kingdom S.àr.l, and their subsidiaries, HSH Midco Limited, HSH Cold Stores Limited, and Associated Cold Stores & Transport Limited.
