London, UK: The administrators of Clean Cold Power UK Limited are offering the business, including the intellectual property of the Dearman truck fridge, for sale.
Clean Cold Power UK appointed Paul Bailey and Tom Ahmad of BABR, as joint administrators of the company which started trading following the purchase of the business and assets of the Dearman Engine Company in 2020.
The Dearman transport fridge uses liquid nitrogen as a fuel. Clean Cold Power UK was unable to secure funding required to run the final stage developments and ceased trading.
