Ulm, Germany: Iveco and Nikola, a US-based maker of electric heavy-duty trucks are set to begin manufacturing.
The Nikola Tre electric heavy-duty trucks will be ready to start production by year end with the first models delivered to select customers in the United States in 2022.
In addition to the battery-electric production model, the next version of this modular heavy-duty truck will enter production in Ulm by the end of 2023.
