Enfield, UK: JJ Foodservice is recruiting drivers around the UK in anticipation of increased demand as restaurants and pubs prepare to re-open.
The wholesaler is currently recruiting drivers across its 11 UK branches.
JJ grew sales by 1.3% in the past calendar year, while customer numbers increased by 22%, despite the devastating impact of Covid-19.
“With outdoor hospitality opening on April 12th and indoor venues opening from May 17th we anticipate a surge in demand,” said head of operations, Kaan Hendekli.
“Having taken on 22% more customers last year – we want to make sure we are ready to respond,” he added.
JJ Food Service supplies all food industry sectors, from restaurants, pubs and hotels to schools, universities and local authorities. On the food side, the business offers a wide range of fresh, chilled, ambient and frozen products.
