With less than two weeks remaining, the Cold Chain Federation (CCF) urges businesses and individuals to submit their applications for the prestigious Cold Chain Sustainability Awards 2025. These awards recognise and celebrate those making significant strides towards a more sustainable future within the cold chain industry.
“Time is running out to showcase your commitment to sustainability,” said Tom Southall, Deputy CEO. “We encourage all eligible businesses and individuals to submit their applications before the January 24th deadline.”
New Categories Introduced
This year, the awards feature several new categories, including:
- Supplier of the Year: Recognising businesses that have reduced their environmental impact and that of their customers.
- Sustainable Cold Store of the Year: Honouring individual cold store facilities that have achieved industry-leading sustainability standards.
- Sustainable Partnership Project: Celebrating collaborative projects between businesses that have achieved significant environmental improvements.
- Business Climate Initiative: Recognising company initiatives that have raised climate change awareness within the organisation.
- Outstanding Leadership: Honouring individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing sustainability throughout their careers.
