Rotterdam, Netherlands: Kloosterboer, a temperature-controlled logistics provider, has been bought by Lineage Logistics.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory clearance and employee consultation.
Kloosterboer has eleven sites in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Canada and South Africa, totaling 6.4 million cubic meters and 790,000 pallet positions.
The Kloosterboer family will continue to be involved in the company, placing part of their sale proceeds into Lineage equity.
