London, UK: Microlise is holding a webinar on the driver shortage.
The webinar, which takes place at 11.30am on 23 June, will focus on the recruitment and retention of drivers.
One of the presenters is Rod McKenzie, policy director at the Road Haulage Association, who will talk about the size of the driver shortage and how it is affecting the industry. He will also discuss some of the actions being taken by the RHA, working with the government to help improve the situation.
Jennifer Swan will talk about the Road to Logistics scheme that aims to help attract and recruit new talent into the industry. She will also discuss what operators can do to recruit and retain drivers in the current climate.
