Götene, Sweden: Temperature-controlled logistics provider Götene Kyltransporter has been bought by Mutares.
This is the second add-on for Frigoscandia under Mutares ownership in less than a year.
Closing of the transaction is expected during the fourth quarter of 2022 and is still subject to clearance from the Swedish Competition Authority.
Götene Kyltransporter’s acquisition by Frigoscandia will boost its position as a temperature-controlled logistics provider in the Nordics.
